HYB-A1 is the core product of the single-phase AC current transmitter in the B series of Heyi Electric, designed specifically for achieving high-precision and high reliability isolated transmission of industrial field current signals. This product can input AC currents such as 0~1Aac, 0~5Aac, 0~10Aac, 0~20Aac, and linearly convert them into standard DC signals (such as 0~20mAdc, 4~20mAdc, 0~5VDC, 0~10Vdc) or digital signal outputs. It is suitable for automation monitoring and control systems in industries such as power, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, and railways.
HYB-A1 adopts advanced average conversion technology with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.2 level, ensuring precise signal acquisition and transmission. Its core structure is based on ABS flame-retardant material shell, which has excellent fire resistance and durability. The product design complies with the rail installation standard (35mm DIN rail or cabinet fixed installation), with dimensions of 120mm (L) × 55mm (W) × 75mm (H), and is flexible and easy to install. Internally, it adopts a four port isolation design for input, output, power supply, and housing, with a withstand voltage strength of AC2kVrms/min and an insulation resistance greater than 100M Ω @ DC500V, effectively suppressing on-site interference and ensuring stable system operation. Strong adaptability to work environment, supporting storage temperature of -20~70 ℃ and operating conditions of 0~50 ℃/<80% humidity, and compatible with AC/DC 80~270V wide range power input.
