Description

Product Overview

The HYB-V1 transmitter adopts average rectification conversion technology, with an accuracy of up to 0.2%, excellent measurement stability and reliability, and can provide multiple optional accuracies up to 0.5 or 0.2 levels. The product design strictly follows industrial standards and adopts ABS flame-retardant shell, which has strong protection and can adapt to harsh industrial environments (operating temperature: 0-50 ℃, storage temperature: -20~70 ℃). It supports current output of 0~20mA, 4~20mA or voltage output of 0~5V, 0~10V, and is compatible with AC/DC 80~270V wide range auxiliary power supply. The product achieves four port isolation between input, output, power supply, and chassis, with a withstand voltage strength of up to AC 2kV rms/min and excellent overload capacity (allowing 1.2 times the nominal value for continuous overload), effectively suppressing harmonics and electromagnetic interference, and ensuring long-term stable operation of the system. In terms of installation, it supports 35mm standard DIN rail installation or cabinet wall mounting, making it easy to integrate quickly on site.

Main Features

1. High precision and high reliability: 0.2/0.5-level high-precision measurement can provide a continuous linearity of 0.1%. Response time ≤ 400 milliseconds, able to quickly respond to changes in system voltage.
2. Excellent durability and safety: Adopting ABS flame-retardant shell, the structure is sturdy and weighs about 300g. Key indicators include: output ripple ≤ 0.5% of peak to peak value, continuous allowable overload of 1.2 times the rated value, and high insulation resistance of ≥ 100M Ω between input/output/power supply/chassis.
3. Flexible application design: Supports multiple common AC voltage input ranges (such as 0~120Vac, 0~300Vac, etc.), and can accept customized specifications from customers. The output type can be flexibly selected from 0~20mAdc, 4~20mAdc, 0~5VDC, and 0~10Vdc.
4. Powerful electrical characteristics: The four port isolation design effectively eliminates ground current and common mode interference, greatly improving system safety and measurement accuracy. Wide power supply range (AC/DC 80~270V), low power consumption (DC~3W, AC~4VA), suitable for complex on-site power supply environments.
5. Convenient installation and calibration: Standard 35mm DIN rail and cabinet installation options, with dimensions of only 120mm (L) x 55mm (W) x 75mm (H). The front panel is equipped with "ZERO" (zero point) and "SPAN" (full degree) fine adjustment potentiometers, making it easy for professionals to quickly calibrate and calibrate on site. The "PWR" indicator light on the panel visually displays the power status.
6. Strong anti-interference performance: Strict product standards and manufacturing processes ensure excellent electromagnetic interference resistance and long-term operational stability of the product, ensuring accurate data collection and transmission even in harsh power quality environments.

Application Scenarios

With its high precision, high isolation, and stable and reliable performance, HYB-V1 is widely used in various occasions that require measurement, isolation, and signal conversion of AC voltage. It plays a crucial role in fields such as electricity, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, and railways.
1. Power grid and transmission and distribution monitoring: Accurate monitoring of bus voltage, line voltage, and generator outlet voltage in power plants, substations, and distribution networks, providing standard input signals for control systems such as SCADA, DCS, and RTU.
2. Industrial process automation control: used in industries such as petrochemicals, coal mines, and metallurgical manufacturing to monitor the power supply voltage of key equipment such as motors, pumps, heaters, and frequency converters, ensuring process safety and energy consumption management.
3. Renewable energy and power quality monitoring: In renewable energy systems such as photovoltaics and wind power, the output voltage of inverters and the voltage at the grid connection point are monitored to ensure stable grid connection and power quality; Used for identifying power quality issues such as voltage dips, surges, harmonics, etc.
4. Automatic control of buildings and public facilities: Real time monitoring and protection of single-phase or phase separated power supply circuit voltage in the distribution system and UPS (uninterruptible power supply) of intelligent buildings, data centers, hospitals, schools, and other places.
5. Rail transit and special industrial power supply system: Monitor the AC power and signal power of railways, subways, mines, and other occasions, providing accurate voltage isolation and sensing signals for relay protection, energy metering, and system scheduling.
6. Testing, Measurement, and Calibration: As the signal input front-end for third-party power quality analyzers, power meters, and calibration equipment, it performs accurate voltage data acquisition and signal conditioning.
