This product series consists of single-phase, outdoor-type units designed for use in AC power systems with rated voltages of 35, 66, 110, and 220 kV, and a rated frequency of 50 Hz, serving purposes such as voltage measurement, relay protection, and automated monitoring. The transformers rated at the 35 kV and 66 kV levels are intended for operation in systems with a non-effectively grounded neutral point, whereas those rated at the 110 kV and 220 kV levels are intended for operation in systems with an effectively grounded neutral point.

Description

Introduction
This series product s a single phase oudoor type for rated votage were 35,66,110 and 220kV, rated frequency of 5OHz AC power system for votage measurement, relay protection and automatic monitoring. Levels of 35.6  transformer ground of its operating system for the neutral point non effectively grounded system: 110,220kv  rating of the transformer ground of its operating system for effective grounding system of the neutral point.

Characteristic of structure
The product features a box-type structure. It consists of several components: a primary terminal board, lead-out tubes, high-voltage insulating bushings, a housing, the active part (core and windings), a terminal box, and an SF6 density relay. The instrument transformer windings employ a single-stage structural design. A composite insulation system—comprising SF6 gas and diamond-patterned epoxy-coated polyester film—enables the product to withstand extremely high voltages. The active part is securely fixed within the housing. The leads from the secondary windings pass through the secondary terminal board and enter the terminal box, which contains terminals provided for user connections. In addition to housing the active part and serving as a mounting platform, the housing is also equipped with an SF6 density relay and an SF6 gas filling valve. The high-voltage insulating bushings utilize either high-strength porcelain or silicone rubber composite materials, capable of withstanding significant pressure without sustaining damage. The housing is firmly connected to the primary terminal board via the upper and lower flanges of the bushings. An earthing terminal is also provided on the housing.
