This series of instrument transformers is designed for use in 50 Hz, 110 kV power systems for current and energy metering, as well as for relay protection purposes.
Featuring a fully sealed structure equipped with a metal expansion device, this product series utilizes a "U"-shaped capacitive insulation structure for its primary winding. This design ensures a uniform electric field distribution, low dielectric loss, and minimal partial discharge levels. The secondary side typically comprises 3 to 6 windings, the configurations of which can be freely combined. Furthermore, upon user request, specialized current transformers with a metering accuracy class of 0.2s can be manufactured for specific applications.
This product series is designed for outdoor installation and operates within an ambient temperature range of -30°C to +40°C.

Description

Introduction
This series of instrument transformers is designed for use in 50 Hz, 110 kV power systems for current and energy metering, as well as for relay protection applications.

The secondary windings typically consist of 3 to 6 coils, the grades of which can be freely combined. Furthermore, upon user request, we can manufacture specialized current transformers—including those with a measurement accuracy class of 0.2s—tailored to specific application requirements.

Structural Features
The transformer adopts an oil-immersed insulation structure with a fully sealed design, ensuring excellent dielectric performance and effective heat dissipation. Its stable internal structure provides high measurement accuracy, while strong resistance to environmental factors such as moisture, pollution, and temperature variations guarantees reliable long-term outdoor operation.
