R3S-AC-C-3P is an intelligent core protection terminal designed specifically for three-phase distribution scenarios. With the technical accumulation of ASCT intelligent platform, it integrates AI fault prediction, real-time monitoring of full parameters, and local control capabilities of Matter protocol, achieving a leap from passive protection to active operation and maintenance. R3S-AC-C-3P adopts a 3P modular design and is compatible with standard DIN rail installation. It is a new generation of intelligent circuit breaker designed for mid to high end three-phase distribution needs. The product has a built-in SMART Chip dual core intelligent chip. While retaining the basic protection functions such as overload, short circuit and leakage, it adds AI driven fault warning, power quality analysis and edge computing capabilities. It supports the Matter over Thread protocol to achieve local scene linkage, and can complete automatic control without relying on the cloud. Its high-precision electricity metering and multi-dimensional data acquisition functions can be seamlessly integrated into energy management systems, helping users achieve visualization, intelligence, and energy-saving upgrades of distribution systems.

AI intelligent fault prediction Built in edge AI analysis engine, through real-time monitoring of current harmonics, temperature changes, and switch action timing, identifies hidden faults such as contact wear and insulation degradation in advance, and issues warnings 72 hours before accidents occur, transforming passive repair into active maintenance and effectively reducing the risk of unplanned downtime. 2.
