Description

Product Overview

Based on ATST Electric’s core concept of “Precise Control, Safe and Reliable”, SFMK03/SFMKA Phase Failure & Phase Sequence Device is developed to improve the safety and reliability of three-phase electrical systems.

The device continuously monitors the phase condition of the power supply and detects abnormal conditions such as phase loss and incorrect phase rotation. When a power phase fault occurs, the device can provide a protection signal to disconnect or control the related equipment, helping prevent reverse rotation, overheating and mechanical damage.

SFMK03/SFMKA is especially suitable for electrical systems containing motors and rotating equipment where correct phase sequence and stable three-phase operation are critical. With compact modular design, it can be easily integrated into control cabinets, distribution panels and industrial automation systems.

Main Features

1. Phase failure detection: Continuously monitors three-phase power status and detects missing phase conditions to improve equipment safety.

2. Phase sequence protection: Identifies incorrect phase rotation and helps prevent reverse operation of three-phase motors and rotating equipment.

3. Reliable protection function: Provides fast response to abnormal power conditions and helps reduce equipment damage caused by electrical faults.

4. Three-phase system monitoring: Designed for industrial electrical systems requiring stable and reliable power supervision.

5. Compact modular structure: Space-saving design allows easy installation in control cabinets and electrical distribution panels.

6. Simple wiring and commissioning: Clear terminal design makes installation and maintenance more convenient for electricians.

7. Stable long-term operation: Suitable for continuous monitoring applications in industrial and commercial environments.

8. Wide application compatibility: Can be integrated with motors, pumps, compressors and various automation control systems.

Application Scenarios

1. Motor protection systems: Used for three-phase motors to prevent damage caused by phase loss or incorrect phase sequence.

2. Pump control systems: Suitable for water pumps, circulation pumps, drainage pumps and industrial pump equipment requiring phase protection.

3. Compressor systems: Applied in air compressors and refrigeration equipment to prevent reverse rotation and abnormal operation.

4. Industrial automation equipment: Used in production lines, machine tools and automated equipment requiring reliable three-phase power monitoring.

5. HVAC systems: Suitable for fans, cooling systems and air conditioning equipment with three-phase motors.

6. Electrical control cabinets: Installed in distribution cabinets and automation panels as a protection component for three-phase loads.
